Cutlers Holdings are being wound up, subsidiary of Scarborough. Third party solicitors acting as liquidators will be responsible for selling off assets. The Kop Land being part of that. Bettis seemed to intimate SUFC may be interested in buying the Land. They will never have a better opportunity to do so as KM has been removed from the equation.

I'm surprised McWobbleGob didn't transfer the freehold from Cutlers to another of his property companies before starting the wind up procedures.
