Merry Christmas Everyone
Not content with Champions League, Premier League it is now they stick in the League Cup and in this competition, we are getting to the pointy end and although City would not want to be travelling at this time of the season, someone has to and it was the Gooners who were drawn first and Mikel Areta's Arsenal have not done too badly in dispatching City in Cup competitions so City and Pep Guardiola have their work cut out with this game, hopefully, Arsenal has just a crowded schedule as City, but mainly we hope it is an open game. I will take this opportunity to wish everyone a Happy and Peaceful Christmas. Team selection in Beat the Pep is going to be difficult.

City's Official site will have a pre-game show We're Not Really Here (WNRH) Tuesday’s show will kick-off at 7pm (UK), with an hour of build-up, interviews and chat leading up to the match.

Joleon Lescott, Paul Dickov and Michael Brown will join presenter Cel Spellman to provide the perfect build-up to the big game.

City Team News
I would say that the only major doubt would be walker who may have woken up after the saints match with a sore ankle, which he was almost replaced by Nathan Ake in the match at Southampton. Sergio Aguero continues his road back to fitness, whilst Gabriel Jesus City will monitor his condition he missed the trip to Southampton after receiving a blow to the mouth in our draw with West Brom.

This is our Cup and we should aim to keep it. This match could go either way, but I am feeling lucky on this one.
