So, it looks like the fabled court case to value FP may well take place in April.

I'm sure it won't go as smoothly as we hope, but given the lack of time, I think we can't afford too many delays.

Imagine if the case does get heard, and BC gets whacked out of FP. What a day that would be??

i really hope that he does mart, that would be awesome if he did just tuck his tail between his legs and accept what the courts tell him... assuming they will agree of course!
