Think it takes a bit of getting used to but I don't dislike Wasabi - in small doses.

Y - Yuzu Kosho is a type of Japanese seasoning. It is a paste made from chili peppers, yuzu peel and salt, which is then allowed to ferment. It is usually used as a condiment for nabemono dishes, miso soup, and sashimi. Yuzu is a fruit that looks like a lemon and has a flavour of orange, lemon and grapefruit. It's very sharp and quite bitter.

I have heard of it but wasn't sure what it was, so thank you!

Z ZAATAR Spice Mix - made up of sumac (which tastes of lemon juice), sesame seeds and salt. It's used in the middle east usually with potatoes, vegetables, fish, chicken or lamb or added to hummus.
