Does anyone remember a half back called Ken Twiddle ? Wander what happened to him ( I know I'm a sado)

Hope this helps a little bit F.P. ? Ken Twidle signed from Rotherham Utd with Bobby Foster around February 1959 . His position was Inside Left and he was born in Brigg . He had previously played for Retford and Scunthorpe . He played for Latics during the latter part of 1958-59 ( 13 Lge App 8 Goals ,plus 4 Cup Goals . 1959-60 and 1960-61 saw him play a further 65 Lge Games and score 34 Lge Goals . Another 8 goals where scored in the various cups .... he was joint leading League Goal scorer with Peter Higham in 1959-60 with 20 Lancashire Combination Goals . He left before 1961-62 and was at Earlstown for 1962-63 .

i remember some one scoring i blinder then broke his leg think his name was phil tinney or somthing like that think it was the only game he played could be wrong in the early 70tys
