    The Team Behind the Scenes

I was supposed to post this the day but forgot. I think the below is a great thread of some of the people who are involved behind the scenes that others probably haven't heard of or would even recognise.

    Managerial merry go round

I don't think they'd have had too many suitors for that one because they overachieved the initial overachievement. Strikes me as an appointment to minimise upheaval.

I was trying to think how to word this exact post within my earlier one and you've managed to sum it up very well - I agree!

Saw something on Twitter suggesting that decisions on juniors is next season so I assume they're on longer deals now?

imps1 has summed it up nicely. It was a good interview and pretty much mapped out the plan for the off season and how we're approaching it, very detailed and open. Sounds like we might have an option on Erhahon as well so perhaps a 2+1 left? If Mandroiu is one of the top earners here already...

    EFL Retained Lists

Apparently they couldn't agree on the contract length, he wanted a two or three year deal at 34. I suspect he'll end up back at Fleetwood or even Oldham, who I imagine will have a good go next season.

Reads as though perhaps Rosenior and the owner had a slight disagreement over transfers and the way forward?

    Presumably Blackpool couldn't afford Connolly's £10k/week wages.

That was already scheduled to be on TNT like the rest of the NL/NLN/NLS PO games.

Doncaster are in very good form, but you wonder whether they can keep that up all the way through the PO's. MK are also in good form but are prone to absolutely calamitous defensive displays. Crawley and Crewe are both in poor form. One striking thing is the poor defensive records of all the...

Only saw the first half but Fergie must have been spooked by the result there the other week setting up like that.

36 in a couple of weeks. Can imagine that PT and regional football has been good for him after an injury hit couple of seasons. I'm assuming Boston will stay PT in the NL.

Ricardo Calder at LB for Brackley against Boston.

Not just this season either, there was the Rowett/Zola one a few years back as well.

    Ups and Downs

Is it a bigger share, or is it just an increase in value of the deal? EDIT - on a money per game, I think it's actually a worse deal value wise.

League One & League Two Play-Offs Thread

Thought Bolton deserved the win last night, Barnsley had a bit of a go after they scored but thought there was a big enough gap between the sides to see Bolton comfortably make the Final.

    Ups and Downs

Purely due to distance, Plymouth can stay up for me. Birmingham feel like they've been on the cusp of relegation for a few years now, so might as well put them out of their misery.

Retained List To Be Confirmed At 12:00

Mandroiu caused his own issues by his reds against Burton and Bolton where we ended up losing but that aside, I feel a little sorry for him. Last season he struggled with niggly injuries initially and it was a bit of a stop start season, he started this season in his favoured position but under...

    Managerial merry go round

Scunny's budget this season was £1.2m apparently due to the previous owner and being cut to round £650k next season. Even their new budget is probably pretty sizeable for the NLN!
