Can we make the play offs?

I particularly dislike Bolton Wanderers and Peterborough United football clubs. I keep reminding myself that I live in the real world so it cannot possibly happen; but it's still nice to think that theoretically it could.

Bolton dispatched in the semi - all round entitled and obnoxious.

Pish defeated in the final - operation vengeance, revenge for Smalldics and all round entitled and obnoxious.

We can but dream.

That would indeed be the dream.

Bolton the repeat cheats, constantly overspending and going bust, pleading poverty and rattling the buckets, only to come back from the dead having shafted their creditors and start overspending again.

Pish just a club full of pricks from top to bottom.

Me neither, I thought after the Stevenage draw we’d lost any feint hope.

One game at a time and let’s see what that brings us.
 
starting to get very interesting at the top with several teams in poor form Bolton, Barnsley, Peterborough and Stevenage.

If these teams continue in their current form it is possible that both ourselves and Oxford could catch the teams above but we just need to keep winning.

As yesterday showed with Cambridge winning at Barnsley and Carlisle winning at Peterborough there are no easy games in this league.

We still have several very hard games away at Oxford and Reading plus Pompey at home so it will still be tough to make the play offs,

Don't forget Cheltenham, impressive turn around and still battling to stay up.

Almost 8 years since Clive appointed the Cowleys and we're still dreaming.
I'm 64 shortly and I have no memory of our Second Division days, however, now we have won (and lost) at Wembley, picked up a National League and League Two Championship and played in the Quarter Finals of the FA Cup, I've ceased to be surprised at what we are capable of.
. Bring it on!
 
Realistically is that Blackpool out of it? 7 points off it with their poorer goal difference
 
Three from five.....and don't lose to Oxford.

Orient effectively gone, Blackpool on the edge, doubtful whether Stevenage have anything like the fire power to turn the draws into the victories they need.

Not even going to consider the Oxford game in any detail as there are mountains to be climbed between now and then.
 
On 23rd Feb, Opta stats had us with a 1.5% chance of finishing 6th or higher. Whatever happens it has been a remarkable end to the season and one which will surely help the recruitment team for next season.

3 months ago we were 125/1 to get into the play offs. £20 bet to win £2500, now cash out offer is around £900. Big dilemna………sadly not for me but a fellow Imp. What should he do, hang on for the £2500 is my advice
