If it’s CPR it’s not good. That’s never successful

When I was trained as part of my first coaching badge, they did say that the odds of success are low BUT emphasised that even if not perfectly executed it is so much better to TRY than stand by…
A few years and refreshers later, I was taking my lads youth team on a shared 3G. A call came up from a neighbouring pitch for first aid. I jogged over expecting some minor injury but found a guy on his back with no responses. 20 mins and a couple of broken ribs later the ambulance arrived and took over from me. Sol (the player) survived.
Please never miss the opportunity to do the course. It could be your Dad, mum, son, brother…..

Never normally condone that action but this was an exceptional circumstance and necessary

i would say they deserve praise. i would also say it is more important for orient as a club to have a good look at, and review their response to a medical emergency

My brother in law in Ireland 'died' but was bought back by his daughter giving him CPR. When the ambulance got there they told her she had saved his life. There is always a chance so always worth trying CPR.

Scunthorpe game abandoned with a minute to go was replayed so I'd imagine it'll be the same with this. Game scrubbed from the records and re-scheduled
