The final whistle sounds at London Stadium
A booking for Jesus stops West Ham on a late breakaway and with that comes the final whistle.
City struggled in the first half before mounting a champion-like comeback upon the restart - with Jack Grealish and Vladimir Coufal (OG) scoring the goals. It means there is still a little work to do for the title.
Liverpool are four points behind and will hand City the trophy unless they win both of their remaining games. One more win for City would seal it next Sunday afternoon.

FULL-TIME
West Ham 2-2 Man City

All square!

It is a result that guarantees West Ham European football next season and also means Manchester City will win the title if they beat Aston Villa at home in their final game.

Thrilling game!

West Ham 2-2 Man City

The London Stadium remains full as the West Ham fans stay behind to bid their farewell to Mark Noble.
There was to be no fairy tale winner in his final home game but what a thriller to sign out on.

The title race is still on - Hargreaves
A few post-match thoughts from Owen Hargreaves in the PL studio;
That game had everything and it was a rollercoaster of emotions. The title race is still on, the race for Europe is still on. West Ham gave it everything, but Man City showed the heart of champions. It was a fabulous game. Pressure, that's exactly what it does, it causes issues. West Ham are a really good side and have a lethal finisher in Jarrod Bowen.

MEN player ratings,

Ederson Poor decision-making, not least for the opening goal, not helped by rocky defence - 5
Joao Cancelo Not always convincing at the back but he was one of City's brighter attacking players - 6
Fernandinho Did not look fully fit, and his pass to hand Antonio a big chance was so uncharacteristic - 5
Aymeric Laporte Strapped up and asked to be bold but he did not look like a man who was 100 per cent - 6
Oleks Zinchenko As good in the opposition half as he was bad in his own - almost gifted the Hammers a goal with a bizarre penalty area Cruyff turn - 6
Rodri Lacking the killer pass in the first half but he gradually exerted the control City needed. - 7

Bernardo Silva Buzzed around with little effect for long spells but instrumental in the revival - 7
Kevin De Bruyne Much quieter than he was at Wolves but made influence felt in the second half - 6

Riyad Mahrez Struggled to make much impact - his free kick panicked the own goal but needed to score that penalty - 6
Gabriel Jesus On the end of two clear penalties, only one given, indicative of the trouble he caused the defence - 8
Jack Grealish Unproductive first half but he blossomed in the second to score one and almost create another - 7

Subs not used: Steffen, Ake, Sterling, Gundogan, Foden, Egan-Riley, Mbete, Palmer, Lavia

'City came out a different team'
FT: West Ham 2-2 Man City

Alan Shearer
Former England striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

What a comeback from Man City. They were all over the place defensively. West Ham were getting some real joy from Bowen and Antonio and deserved their two goals. They didn't need half-time to be honest. City came out a bit of a different team and West Ham went 10 or 15 yards further back under pressure. West Ham could have scored again and again City were poor defensively then they had the penalty and failed to take that opportunity. What a great game it was
