He had lots of admirers whilst at Crawley. His team took us apart at their place in our 2018 League 2 Championship winning season.

After that game, we were 7th, Kewell's Crawley were 9th, and must have had thoughts of the play offs themselves.
We only lost 2 of our final 13 games to hang onto the final play off spot on the final day. Was pretty competitive!

Ange Postecoglou appointed at Celtic.
Greek coach, previously managed in Australia and in Japan last three years.
Controversy before he starts over his coaching licenses...

Wagner ruled out of WBA according to Sky!
He prefers Young Boys in Switzerland.

All becoming a bit of a farce, will they revisit previous decisions (including MA and compo, though hopefully this situation would persuade him to keep clear) or end up with a manager who may be 4th choice or even worse.

He’s got a reasonable record but Celtic is a special job. They will want someone who can take the title away from Steven Gerard at Rangers. I will be surprised if Postecoglou is that man, but he deserves the chance as much as the next man.

You're thinking of the season before, when Kewell was in charge. Boldewijn handed Pett and an injured Habergham their arses and they tore through us 3-1.

The season after Cioffi was in charge and we absolutely murdered them 3-0. My day was complete watching from close up a wild-eyed Bostwick muttering naughty things to their goalkeeper. Best away day that season aside from Port Vale.
