Middlesbrough v Aston Villa, Sat 1st Dec @ 5.30pm

I hope the naysayers and doommongers have a couple of days off. DS and his staff know what they are doing. Glad Sky picked Hourihane as motm - obviously professional footballers see him very differently from some on here.

Very, very happy tonight after a great week, bring on Friday - another massive game to close the gap.

Fantastic display. Took the game to them from the first minute and didn't let up for the whole game. None of this one up and sitting back nonsense. We made the best defence in the country look ordinary and could have had more. So much more compact that Wednesday and defended and attacked as a whole unit. Looked a really good side tonight and el ghazi was a revelation him and bolasie could rip this league up. All of them were superb tonight.

Think Forest are just a lot better attacking unit than Boro. Not many teams will give us that much trouble.

Another complete away day performance.....outstanding across the board, both management and players. Tactically spot on, superb in and out of possession, solid in defence and bloody brilliant going forward. Many of us said during the turgid performances early on that the squad was good enough if utilised properly and 12 goals in a week is testament to that in regard to our potential going forward. Just to add, great to get a clean sheet and pleased to see Nyland after the stick he's got this week, making such a good save at 0-2 to tip the ball onto the bar. Bring on the Baggies! :utv:
