WORRA SHOCK(Not)

I recall when we went down under Warnock and West Ham got a tickle on the wrist for their fiddling of the rules. At the time rhe twat at the FA commented, "We have to think of the fans" but deffo not Blades fans. F..k them Norverners!

The case against Scabby Forest is to heard next week 7th & 8th March apparently.I wonder what bull cack they'll come up wi against them.UTB

But Everton still have another case to answer. This was for their first bit of cheating. Forest will probably be awarded 10 points for upset caused them.

They reckon that could be more severe and, with the timescales of the PL appeal procedure, we might not have a final league table until June!

Luton's last game- v Everton.

Just like government! The Post Office fiasco which ruined the lives of ordinary hard working people, some sadly not here to see justice done having commited suicide. The whole thing stinks as bad as a Nuns knickers! Who is the biggest shareholder in the Post Office? The government! Says it all! BASTARDS!

Labour owned them when it started though Dave.

Everton were always going to get a reduction because the first Independent Commission failed to set out their reasoning behind how they arrived at a figure of 10 points. When its written into the EPL rules that you get an automatic deduction of -9 points for Administration its unlikely breaches of the profitability and sustainability rules will be considered a more serious sanction.

The EPL disciplinary process has evolved into legal jousting akin to attending Court. Six barristers and one KC were employed by the parties with 30,000 documents and 3,000 case references considered in the Everton Appeal alone. The only winners are the legal profession as the wealthier clubs spend fortunes on employing legal representation to search out loopholes in the PSR.

The clubs voted for PSR but none of them ever thought points would be deducted hence the squealing about witch hunts against grand old clubs like Everton. The Appeal decision has reaffirmed the findings of the first commission that an appropriate sanction for breaches is a points deductions.

In the next round of hearings in April watch out for legal arguments to try to dilute the six point threshold further downward as clubs are finally realising that financial mis management does carry penalties that bite preventing shedloads being spent on average players during transfer windows.

Should Everton mark 2 and Forest receive similar points deductions I've no doubt that the Clubs will vote at the end of these season to adopt the UEFA model on spend that will favour the big six in terms of revenue generation.
