How much does the UK government cost to run? I'd imagine all of the Herberts in Health and Safety must cost a few billion.

If you made loads of money, would you give half of it away (or whatever the tax rate is, 45% I think) to HMRC or would you try to keep it completely legally?

I don't understand why everyone loves Gary Barlow so much anyway. He's just a singer in a boy band from the 90's.. Fair play to him for all the charity work he does, but so do a bunch of other people. It isn't hard to give time to charity when you're already rich and famous.
