...in the Football League?

Our last defeat away was at Blackpool on January 1st - New Year's Day which means we have gone nine games without defeat, winning 6 and drawing 3.

Any of you stattos know if we are anywhere near close to a club record?

Thanks.

As Merthyr as stated there was a 12 game (5W, 7D) undefeated away league sequence starting 11/03/80 at Rochdale and ending 04/10/80 at Doncaster. The 4W and 2D part in 80/81 season was ended by defeat at Hartlepool . The next longest run of 10 games (6W, 4D) , all within the 2018/19 season, was from 29/12/18 (Cambridge) to 06/04/19 (MK Dons). That run ended with defeat at Carlisle. The 90/91 season from 05/03/91(Torquay) had an 8 game unbeaten run that continued by 1 to 17/08/91 (Cardiff) (4W, 5D) and then ended at Rochdale. The only other run of 9 games (7W, 2D) all within 2020/21 season is 21/11/20 (Accrington) to 20/02/21(Wigan) then ended by defeat at Plymouth. This also thus surpasses (on points) the 23/24 effort which needs to continue into next season if the record books are to be rewritten.
