This is what I get in chrome. I've used a different browser to post this just in case:

I got similar in Safari but chose to proceed. The message said it might be a website trying to imitate vital. Guess their certificate needs updating.
Bit of a faff having to give credit card details every time I log in to the site but what can you do?

I had the warning on my Mac - seems the cert expired - and could not log in. I assume the issue has been corrected as Safari now allowed me to log in.

Seem to get this message roughly every 3 months and as prior mentioned is likely to do with security certificate needing renewal.

To be honest, I'd be more worried about some of the ads being linked to dodgy sites.
