The Premier League has appointed Referee Jonathan Moss to officiate this Saturday's game at Carrow Road.
Moss, (45) a former headteacher from Sunderland has this season been in charge of 26 Premier League, Championship, FA and Capital One matches. He's shown 79 yellow and six red cards.
The last time he refereed a Manchester City game was on Saturday 21 November 2015 (City 1-4 Liverpool). On that occasion he issued three yellows. (N Clyne, E Can and Lucas).
