For once lets not let it take for ever...Action needed now, we just need to get rid of the inept clown, get a caretaker in. That chap who comes on at half time sticking his little fork into all the divots could do a better job than DS.
 
The trouble is though if we sack DS what happens with the fact our main problem will not only remain at the club but be bought another couple of years of immunity of blame? Surely we want to be able to progress as a club? Is anyone really happy with the up and down circus of the last 20 years?
 
The club would have to probably get someone who isn't working at the mo as paying off Brum boy and his staff wouldn't leave us with much money to pay compensation to another club for their manager and staff. Unless it is some guy from a much lower level of football.
 
If we sack him itll probably be a random appointment no one has heard of from abroad again which may or may not work but doesn't solve the problem that if we go up with current owners it'll be an embarrassment and in 2 years time we'll be back to current situation.
 
Michael bailey asked the question on his video...what is Webber thinking? He can see the fans aren't happy and are arguing with eachother, he can see the performances are crap, he can see the club dropping out of automatically going up and even staying in the playoffs, he can see DS isn't comfortable as he is now not asking his family to games as it's not nice and he can see we as a club are going backwards.

Yet he does nothing.
