Scouting System!!!

Can anyone enlighten me?

With all the changes regarding the number of managers we've seen
coming & going over the past 10 years or so, does anyone know
anything about our present scouting system.............. Have we got one?
Who operates it? - What's what?

Within the "Who's Who" on the official site there is nothing or no-one
mentioned as to Scouts for the club like there use to be - in fact I think
the last name I remember up there on the list was Ian Moore (Head of
Scouting) - the nearest I can find on that position is - Head of Academy
Recruitment & Head of Football Operations but that's not telling me a
lot - if anything.

Fwiw I wonder if the whole thing is run as much by agents and stat apps these days. Scouting might be considered a bit old school?
