He gave the Canaries a mention in the House Of Commons today..Saying " For once I am in agreement with the Shadow Chancellor (Ed Balls) saying that the dualling of the A14 is important so he can get to Norwich quicker to watch the Canaries"

I wish Ed Balls lived in Kings Lynn then we may get the A47 duelled as well !

I can't wait for that bit to be finished.
The old boy who owned the land wouldn't let it be dualled.
He's dead now and his son said OK.

I can't wait for that as it is a long, long road. Can't wait for government to come up for a plan for Acle Straight! Doubt it will happen in my life time. It is the most frustrating A road in the world IMO.

Indeed it is...I think it was the proposed new stretch and Toll that was being referred to.
