They are just full of sh*t but it is a worthy analogy.

They just have to feed their sheep like followers with a steady stream of “we are the best, no player is better than anyone playing for the dippers” tripe. Utter garbage & I wouldn’t wipe my bottom with it.

That very true, but it's disturbing for me to see honest to goodness propaganda in a "real" paper. Journalism is in such a sad state.
 
They are getting bent over and royally rogered if they pay £50m for somebody who I, for one, had never heard of before a few weeks ago when the rumours started.
