New CEO Influence?

Are we already seeing the impact of the new CEO? I know its small stuff in the grand scheme of things (and I may have my timeline of events mixed up), but two players out on loan since he arrived - Wroe being one I thought would be impossible to shift. Are these down to him?

Whether it is a coincidence or not, it's good that we have trimmed the squad further, even if only on a temporary basis for now.

The trimming has taken a while to commence hasn't it. Maybe time was needed for teams to assess what they needed once the season got underway.
