Aha! I have started to take the colours out of these photographs to make it a bit harder.

Here's a clue: the stand was almost new at the time, but it was redeveloped again just 15 years later.

Not suprised - I'd mixed up the thread with the 'gone grounds' one and decided it was a horrible MFI redevelopment.

Very 1980's architecture, so the redevelopment will be about early 2000s.

It is the original replacement stand at Valley Parade, opened in 1986. The photo dates from 1988, and the stand was redeveloped in 2001 when a second tier was added.
