My MotM is Lo Celso who finally put in the sort of performance you see when he plays for Arg. Very close between him and Pedro Porro though.

Udogie - 4.5 - Poor, gave the ball away literally every time he made his way up the pitch and destroyed our attack...it was like he was defending for us and them at times.
Bentancur - 8.5 - MOM by far in my opinion. He was making everything work for us....felt like we had Mads out there for a bit.
Lo Celso - 7.5 - Well taken shot that ended up in the back of the net after a deflection....linked well with Gil and Bents...but after Bents left...he faded.
Kulusevski - 7.5 - Solid Kulu like always...unfortunate not to score and could have had 10 assists if those around him could finish.
Johnson - 6 - meh....just not enough. Poor in final third.
Son - 5 - same as BJ, but you are the Captain and I expect better.
Gil - 6.5 - not bad, worked hard and linked will with those around him. Like Loco faded after Bents went down.
Hojbjerg - 4.5 - Just doesn't fit this system....can't wait till we have other options.
Skipp - 5 - What exactly does he do for us and why was he brought on...the mystery remains.
Veliz - 5.5 - didn't see enough...and we should have because he should have been brought on WAY earlier...hell at half time would have been good.
Ange - 7.5 - I credit his lineup to start and it should have worked great because we should have been up by 10 goals early. But after Bents went down....drastic change was needed to keep us going and his adjustments were not the fix. Oh well....I still love AP!!!
The Team - 6.5 - Another match we should have won....and we gave it away.

Lo celso...goal aside he showed enough to see what an asset he could be. A midfield of him, bents and biss would be brilliant.

If Bents had played the 80-90 mins the ways he did before going off, then he most certainly would be MOM.

Lo Celso was MotM for me. I thought it was an immense performance and what was really pleasing was that he really looked like he wants to be here still.

MotM is Lo Celso who did exceptionally well for most of the game, but simply ran out of steam in the second half, fingers crossed he stays fit now!
Vicario - 8.5 one dodgy moment, but did well again.
Pedro Porro - 7 - gave the ball away too much for me as the game wore on.
Emerson Royal - 6 - got caught out by the through ball as he pushed up, high liner is not his game
Davies - 6 - just not able to play a high line
Udogie - 8 - tired badly in second half, but for awhile looked good.

Ange 7 - Great to see him get a modified eleven playing some fantastic football on the front foot. Loved the midfield and forward combos he came up with, entrusting Gio with a key role. However, he didn't put the right back line in place knowing the opposition, and didn't use his subs well enough.
The Team 6.5 - if the forwards didn't fluff their lines it would make for a different narrative. Despite some good football, they need to be more clinical.
