Moniz' Communication

Vital Youth Team
Am I the only one who's wondering whether Moniz is capable of communicating his game plan effectively?

There's little doubt about his coaching experience and success, but it seems there is no clear focus to Notts and little sense of team unity and I think it might be down to his ability to achieve understanding in the team (a team of players who hardly know each other).

Having worked all around the world, with a whole united nations of people, I've a lot of sympathy and patience with folk who work outside of their native language. Moniz' English isn't bad, but I don't understand more than 70% of his interviews really and don't feel what I do understand is very well explained. I don't know how much of Notts' problem this is, but communication is vitally important for managers and I'm not sure that's Moniz' strength.
