Difficult to manage a pampered group of individuals with their own opinions on their self worth. I expect DS to evaluate the skillsets of individuals, reward hard work and give opportunities to those that deserve it. As long as he communicates his thoughts clearly and doesn't avoid the difficult conversations, we will have togetherness within the team. Align all of them to working toward the same objectives and you have a team. Easy to say I know, but it must be extremely difficult to keep everyone involved and happy. Not many professional footballers don't want to play on Saturday.
