Match Thread Bromley v Blackpool

Delighted with win. Lost way second half but relatively comfortable overall. Don’t like this easing off and could have been tricky had Bromley taken a couple of their chances. Marvin immense. UTMP!

Good performance overall but quite a poor second half tbh (better teams would have crucified us!). Standouts were Dembele and Egg&Potato (didn't think I would ever say that!). I wouldn't be a World renowned D&Ger without being negative though, so....

Kouassi - for such a solid lad he goes to ground far too easily and his first touch is poor. Perhaps Critch is right in not playing him all the time?
Lavery - gets himself into good position but finishing can let him down (although his goal was taken brilliantly). Often though, his final pass to a fellow forward is poor and the attack breaks down.

I like the three up front idea with Dembele having a free role but maybe start league matches with Rhodes and Kouassi and then bring Lavery on if it's not being productive.

Anyway, good result for a potential banana skin so let's bring on Round 2!
