Lee Carsley

Warburton wants Lee carsley to join his backroom staff. He was with him during the successful promotion and play off run at Brentford. Carsley has just left his role at Man City academy. I do think we need to improve the coaching side and if Carsley been in academy role, he will have a good idea which young players we could target

This sounds good in all aspects , but if you was going to target city youngsters what position would we be looking at as not to hinder the development of our own academy players.
