If you could have been born

As the title "If you could have been born anywhere else in the world, where would it be and why?"

Me: no prizes for this - Greece and predominantly Kefallinia

We have had a love affair with Greece and the islands since 2001.

Kefalonia since 2006. Kef because its unspoilt by mass tourism yet is contemporary enough to keep you in touch with the other world

There can only be one, and it's....... England.

However, saying that, if I was being born now I certainly wouldn't choose England, it's gone/going to the dogs, big time.

Where I was born is part of who I am today and I am grateful for that so no change needed for me.

Depending on what happens in the future I may add a citizenship but am ok with being born in the UK. Was a fine country.

I suspect for me it would have to be small country but warm no big city, no poverty and just people who work and enjoy life, I can't think of anywhere.
