How safe do you feel?

There seems to be stabbings in the news almost daily in the papers lately,do you think that Britain has become more lawless than it was say 40 years ago,it could be that with Facebook and other social media following us around in our lives the news is now instantaneously and filmed,there has been several stabbings in the past couple of weeks in Arnold where I live but I don't feel particularly unsafe but then again if I was mugged i probably would feel differently
What do you feel about the area where you li k e,is Moss side and other areas as bad as it's been reported or just the media stirring the pot?

I live in a small village with petty crime figures and so I feel safe.

If I visit city's or big towns, which is rare, I do have my wits about me.

There are parts of Liverpool (Norris Green and Lodge Lane) that can be a bit dodgy if you're not streetwise, but I would have said it's generally safer for gun and knife crime than Manchester
