seeing as how we needed 3-4 more players anyhow 11 for me
with the ones leaving and the shit that should be thrown out.
 
To expand the question further - WHO would you like to see here?

I see Colo Toure is on a free this summer - I would definitely try to get him. Lesscott at Man City also looks to be on his way out.

As for the forwards, Loic Remy and Andy Carroll would be my first choice.
 
I've gone for 11. Plus we need the replacements for Lovenkrands, Best, Ba, Simspon, Harper, Colo and whoever else leaves. That will give us a decent 25 man squad. There's been enough money saved up to do it too.
 
With the elevation of Bigi,Sameobi,Ferguson and Campbell into the first team squad for next season the regime will look on that as 4 new signings and Colo and Simpson definately leaving plus the dross of Williamson,Gosling and Obertan being offloaded we will need a minimum of 8 decent players...Add to this the possibility of losing one or more from Cabaye,Tiote,Ben Arfa and Krull it could be as many as 10...In reality I think we will do well to get 3/4 players in.
 
We need quite a few as I do not see any youngsters with the possible exception of Campbell making it.
I would turf quite a lot out, you have to be ruthless if you want to make any progress.
I doubt thats what will happen but you live in hope.
