All good points and I am sure they can raise the cash, presumably they will be borrowing the money which will also mean interest payments coming out of the club, financial covenants etc. So unless ENIC are putting the money in personally then I presume there will be some impact on the football club.

Perhaps but I doubt it. As you are probably aware Projects like that use development mortgages that release the funds as certain stages are completed. Payments usually start upon project completion and in most cases when cash flow is generated.

The ownership of the land usually acts as the initial capital injection from the developer.

I doubt we will know until next years financial statements are released. It’s too early for it to show up yet.
