Hess Snr (n/g)

HerrLjunga

Vital 1st Team Regular
Newly installed as manager of Eastleigh, replacing our former assistant manager Richard Hill who has "gone upstairs". Good luck to him.

Great Gills legend and I wish him all the luck in the world. Such is his affection for our Club I would not be surprised if he doesn't pass on scouting info to us about lower league potentials he comes across.

Best of luck to him!

I'm troubled by the (n/g) in the thread title though! :22:

I was about to say the same.

"Hess" and "n/g" can't possibly be used together.

With Gills having so many connections at that level now .Plus a fair amount of local and semi local clubs in the national league . It has to be good news for player development and clearing unwanted players with wages not that far behind these days .Also there should be a better chance of picking up the odd gem from that level now .If Scally has any funds at all to spend on a fee or two that is .

Eastleigh are in the conference, wouldn't be a bad place to send a few players out on loan to get some experience (Nash maybe?)
