Just seen a thing on the BBC sportsday live feed. Apparently bayern munich have nearly sold out every home game for next season already. That's BEFORE the fixtures are being released. Now that's what I call passion from the fans. Between 80 and 140 thousands requests for tickets for each game (Their ground holds 71,000). The sooner UK fans wake up and try and enforce the german way of running the game the better.

Apparently, 13% of Manch Unided season ticket holders come from Manchester,

Unfortunately all the big/successful clubs attract pothunters.

Goes with the territory of being successful really. My point is, the fact that people are requesting tickets for home matches when they don't even know who they're playing when is a sign that the fans are really into it. Fan ownership is the way forward, if for no other reason than it prevents fat idiots like ashley riding roughshod over supporters and tradition
