Fifty mile wide swarm in Kent. What's going on down there? In Suffolk we get the occasional pheasant.

Went out last night,to check car locked,(age thing)car was covered in ants,and today round local park,Kings Frith masses around grandkids ,guess what’s called Ants Wedding Day.

We get them here , but they are classed as termites. Once every year they will swarm , and it will be at a certain pressure/humidity , like when a storm is due but doesn't come.
Walk through an old village when it happens and you can witness them crawling out of the wooden door frames of the old houses.
They are particularly fond of pitch pine.
