.Chromebooks come with built-in malware and virus protection. The only thing I have added on my Chromebook is Bitfinder-traffic-light which you can add from the google chrome web store. On my windows 10 laptop, I have used for the last ten years Kaspersky Total Security. You have to be careful though that it is the Total Security one.
