I'm disappointed yet he only has 5 years left and a player of such class needs to be winning trophies regularly.

I've settled now but I am an old git and so the journeyman has thankfully left me.

Done everything you mentioned above, except teaching and accountancy and now i'm exhausted.

We don't want to be losing our best defender. I understand he wants a release clause as getting out of spurs will be an arse ache with levy and levy cant do much if a release is met. The problem is how much is alder wanting that release to be.

As I've said before, I wouldn't believe anything until you see absolute firm evidence of it - as I've said many times before there an awful lot of agents talking up getting our players for clubs they 'might' eventually represent if they can cobble a deal together..

Ignore the sirens for now, enjoy the end of the season and go deaf dumb and blind for the duration of the summer!
