New analyst

To be honest I’d be content with someone who could weigh in with between 12-15. What’s more important imo is his ability to hold up a ball, bring others into play, occupy the centre halves and put a shift in.

It's obviously positive to have a prolific striker but i agree their goal scoring record is probably less important than their ability as a target man due to the way we play.

I really liked Ahamade who's currently at Cambridge on loan from Ipswich and possibly on a free in the summer. If he is available i hope we take a look at him.

Who used to work for Bloom, the Brighton owner.
Both schooled in betting analytics
Bloom and Benham don't get on anymore.

It's not so funny
Tony Bloom created his own analytics system that can't be replicated. This is why all the recruitment/scouting staff who've left Brighton in the past to join the likes of Chelsea have failed (including Wiganer Paul Winstanley). They are exposed without Bloom and his algorithm. Benham left Bloom to set up his own company and succeeded.
