I believe at one time there was a no. 7 which went to Hykeham Road - would that be it?

As Bazzzer's picture shows, the No 7 Corporation bus was the Hykeham Road/Highfield Terrace bus. It used to turn round at Kaberrys, in the days when Corporation buses couldn't pick up outside the City boundary (although the 7 did, as it picked up just inside North Hykeham, on Lincoln Road) and Roadcar buses couldn't pick up inside the City boundary.

That’s correct and no4 went to Clark road of doddington road if you wanted to go to hykeham
