I see ex Seasiders loanee Morgan Rogers has been sold on by Boro for a fee estimated to be more than £10m to Villa. One that Sadler missed out on in his quest to develop young talent for ££££.

He did look less than impressive for us until he got a run in the team late last season. But you could tell there was a player in there. That said most of the squad were less than impressive last season with the clusterfuck Critchley left us with.

Whartons a future England international for me, he's absolutely quality.

I'm surprised at Rogers though - at least in that he's gone to a side who look like European challengers for the foreseeable. Even my Boro supporting mates aren't that upset - he's looked good but not £16m worth!
