Pretty soon FIFA will be looking into playing the World Cup on an annual basis if they keeep this nonsense up 🙄

UEFA only rejecting this I am sure as it would scupper the Euro Championships.

I sometimes wonder what planet they are on.
The world is engulfed with plague and raging heat from climate change and they carry on with this stuff like it’s all not happening.

They do, literally, inhabit a totally different world from the rest of us mere mortals. Cocooned in their executIive suites and whisked from one important meeting to anther even more important meeting they have zero connection to lived reality of most humans.
 
That is just for the money but it will get boring that is why every four years winning it is something special but this way players are going to have to play football all year round

They should be thrown out and damn the consequences (legal action etc).

Plus Gazprom are major as sponsors of the Champions League .........major quandary for UEFA. Not. Ditch them.

The right - the ONLY - decision. We wait sto see what the lily-liveried types at FIFA will do.

There is an easy solution. Poland, Sweden & the Czech Republic can hold a ‘mini’ tournament where they each play each other once and the top two teams get the places at the WC. There. Sorted.
