Morning. I’m working today, from home though. Senior cover 8am-6pm taking the calls from folks who need a District Nurse today. Might pop into the office about 12pm to show my face but that’s about it.

Did a run about 5pm yesterday. Still very warm. Think early morning is best, especially with pooch . Luckily we run past some streams so ample opportunity for her to jump in and cool off. But as summer gets going pooch will have to stay at home .

Off to the coast today. Picnic etc . Lovely .

JPA left a bottle of red wine for my dad's 80th at lambs today.

Lovely gesture.

Have no fear though Vital Villans. I stowed the bottle away before dad sat down, hid it in my car and have claimed it for my own..
