We seem to lack pace at the moment. Bramall apart, and Bishop with his change of speed over 5 yards, I cannot remember the last time we simply ran faster than the opposition. Brennan, Anderson, Rogers (in a different way) and even Archibald all seemed to have pace last year. Maguire is actually slow, Poole and Robson rarely go round the outside and I don't see it from N'Lundulu or Adeluken. Scully seems to be our quickest starter and I think he would have come 5th or 6th against last year's team.

Really not a great game.

We've done well in previous games to try and at least the scoreline tight. Not today unfortunately. Portsmouth are in good form and will likely be in and around the ay offs.

We all know our issues. Lack of pace, lack of attacking options, a midfield that doesn't do enough, a defensive unit that changes from one game to the next. A lot of pressure on this January.
