Bury

It's all very ITV2 isn't it and Maynard looks uncomfortable with the set up but will be well compensated so he won't be that bothered

All said and done though he is a good signing for them at L2 level

Maynard and cook up front. Lots of quality and experience there.
Like last year though, do they have the right level of quality and experience managing the squad?

I have been reading on social media that a lot of Bury fans are slating the appointment of Paul Wilkinson! Seriously, at a club that may not exist in a few months and has a nasty habit of not paying their staff. Who on earth were they expecting. They would have been lucky to get a couple of PE teachers doing the job part time.

The problem with modern porn is that it gives young people a totally unreasonable expectation about how quickly you can get a plumber out to the house.
Tell me about it. I had to wait for hours for to get my pool cleaned. And it wasn't a sexy woman and I did not get a BJ. I told them I was not paying.

So am I right that every player to have left L1 Bury has gone to a L2 club?

From Bury's end:

"Our CVA today has been adjourned until July 18th as creditors weren’t convinced by the ‘rescue package’... so another 9 days of complete lock-down on the football side as we can’t do anything whilst this is in waiting.

The new CVA date is set 14 days before the final court hearing which will seal our fate. If the CVA is rejected by creditors on the 18th, then we have two-weeks to find a new buyer or the club is liquidated in court on the 31st July.

Debts could be as high as £16M if all creditor claims are considered valid. HMRC is one of the largest creditors, who today rejected the proposed CVA.

We also only have around 4 players. The season starts around 3 weeks from now.

Only from what I’ve seen off of Twitter so this point may not be true, but apparently we need a 750k bond to the EFL to start the season?

So all in all, we are goosed. "

really poor from the efl.

“We remain in active dialogue with the club concerning the outstanding information as required under EFL regulations, and will continue to offer assistance as the club attempts to find a long-term solution to the complex and challenging issues it currently faces.”

7 months after the deadline for providing the information, surely the time has passed for offering assistance. just get on with deducting points from the cheats.

Terrible situation. I see they have lost yet another player today, Dom Telford to Plymouth. Why don’t the EFL just put them out of their misery and be done with it?

If the club is liquidated on July 31st, will there just be 23 teams in our league or will Mansfield or the team that finished fourth to bottom fill the gap, with a team coming up from the Conference to fill Division two up ?
