I agree.

But we don’t see screaming headlines about how bad the club was being managed financially. As far as I can see the narrative seems to be “Aw, poor Everton….I feel sorry for them when cheating Man City seem to be getting away with it! 115 charges! Why haven’t THEY been banned/relegated/disolved”.

Everton and Notts Forest are the appetisers.

City are the main course and everyone in the media is salivating at the prospect of our club being “taken down”.

I agree, it has been poor ownership for years and the loyal fans who shell out money are the last people to be considered
