Yes that is wrong, he has improved, but is not consistent enough to be one of the first names you think about when naming the team.
In his defence he is still young enough to be the first name on the team sheet, like Vinnie, KDB, Silva, Aguero, Godri, Toure, Jo(only joking)

Not the best in the squad. Not the first name on the team sheet by quite some way. Ignoring the GK position - Dias, Walker, Rodri, Foden, Bernardo, KDB, Stones, Haaland, Alvarez…..that’s 9.
