Are you using a PC or mobile device? I use an iPad and it keeps me logged in permanently. Have you mailed Vital Admin or do you want me to have a word?

”He might need to clear his cookies and/or his cache.

And he might be using an old bookmark to get to the forum (the old url)

This is the one now (try it. Think it needs http or www added. On phone so
it's fiddly) on way to London for meetings ?
