Following on from Trekkers Walnut post I thought I'd try and find out the undisputed king of nuts.

Vote for all your fave's.
 
I like pecans and pistachios but they are too expensive. I often buy peanuts as a snack. Peanuts are the nuts for the man on the street, which I sometimes am.
 
It depends on the purpose, if it's just for snacking on then probably pistachi wins for me. If it's for cocking with then probably hazel nuts.

 
Walnuts for me, particularly if you have invested time and effort in opening them yourself.
My dad taught me to crack walnuts open just using your hands. Very satisfying feeling.
Peanuts are also very moorish, snacking nut of choice.
Don’t much like dry roasted as they seem artificial and leave a nasty aftertaste

 
Almonds, I have precisely 21 a day for their health benefits.

Cashews I like, especially putting them in stir fries

I like peanuts but tend to avoid as much as possible, very moorish as Trekker says. I do like peanut butter and use quite often when on high protein or in training.
 
To be fair, I think Deano is literally amazed at what is happening.

Not happy with his apostrophe use though - 'pistachios' is fine :14:

I think you could be right.

As Super Hans would say... this crack is extremely moreish.
 
(In my book, that JPA proof read, I literally said literally too many times deano, so when I see the word, I literally laugh out loud but do no literally wet myself)


Nuts, oooold hazelnuts.

Cadbury's take them and cover them in chocolate.
 
This racial segregation of nuts is disgusting, how can tolerate such threads on VV?
