Quite simple. If you want to search the Internet for an item of furnishing such as wardrobe, kitchen, shelves, home office etc, but wanted it made to a certain sizing, what words would you use?

This is a serious question and I would appreciate your input.

Custom made furniture? Fitted furniture? would be the search wording, I would have thought? MAYBE 'Bespoke furniture?' MADE to Measure?

Having said that, the good old internet throws up some odd stuff sometimes when you do a search.

I used "fitted furniture" Ox. The majority of the results were in the UK.

Try 'made to measure' - it has the highest hit/return rankings.

just add 'bedroom furniture' or kitchen etc for whatever room itis for..

Can you use that for women as well?

Im more of a few bricks and planks of wood type of guy (and budget).. this is more about a venture I am going into and I was looking for something beyond bespoke, made to measure, though thanks for those that mentioned them :-)

Any more are very welcome!
