Ok guys/girls, get out your aprons and wooden spoons - what would be your 3 course Vital Villa, come dine with me menu for this evening.

Prawn cocktail or crispy duck on watercress with sweet chilli sauce

Fillet steak, rare, with properly double cooked French fries, mushrooms and either pees or salad

Tiramisu

None of you would be invited, I would eat it all! :5:
 
-Carrot, Ginger and Coriander Soup.

-Butter poached King prawns, with chilli and honey. Side of Fragrant rice.

-Strawberries and cream cheesecake with honeycomb crunch.

Dress code - cartoon or comic strip character.

The guests in this round, would probably be Clive, VOTN, Holtelower and James....= bit of everything there I think!
 
Prawns in rice paper served on a bed of watercress

Cantonese mixed meat curry with fried rice

oriental fruit salad or homemade cheesecake
 
Spicy meat balls (when i say spicy,i mean red hot)
Pork vindaloo with naan and pitta bread
24 bottles of icy cold stella.
No puddings.I don`t do puddings,but you can have an apple or orange if you want.
 
Baked camambert with honey and fresh bread

Lasgane al forno, with cheesey garlic bread and cheese topped canneloni

Fish related mine........

Scallops with black pudding and pear puree, few pea shoots on top to jazz it up

Sea bass with a creamy leek & pancetta sauce, spinach and mash on the side.

Raspberry Souffle with white choclate ice cream....asking for trouble that one though as could easily go wrong.
 
Pint of cider
Lamb Vindaloo, plain rice, onion budgie, chips
Bottle of St Helier Pear Cider (although it seems to have disappeared off the shelves just lately)

bruschetta for nibbles

Skewered Monk fish kebabs with a sweet chilli and corriander dip for starter (I don't like fish but I used to be a chef and loved cooking it)

Indian spread of curries - vindaloo, balti, pilaf rice, sag aloo, naan, for mainage

vienetta or homemade black forest gateau for your pud pud's.

Now I'd like my thousand pounds made out to Mr Stephen D...........

 
Never taken to Monkfish - I find it pretty tasteless. Apart from that, not bad Mr. Face I give you a 7.
