Never taken to Monkfish - I find it pretty tasteless. Apart from that, not bad Mr. Face I give you a 7.

Monk fish is ideal for kebab's because it's a fleshy meaty fish, not easy to over cook and soaks up other flavours in marinades etc. Also it's not a very fishy fish so I could eat a bit without throwing up lol.
